Mô tả công việc
- Review, develop policies, procedures about operational risk management, KRI, RCSA, Loss Data Collection; ensure that the bank complies with ORM requirements from Mother bank and SBV;
- Support other units to develop their own risk profiles, KRI list;
- Periodically monitor, report on operational risk management status in bank-wide, including: KRI and RCSA result of other units, collection of loss data, warning cases of over limit…; to coordinate with other units to raise and implement control activities;
- Provide training about operational risk management;
- Other tasks as assigned by managers.
- Support other units to develop their own risk profiles, KRI list;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 4 year experience, at least 1 year experience in operational risk management;
- Fluent in English or Korean;
- Analyzing and report skills;
- Good at MS Office.
