Mô tả công việc
• Developing and maintaining Operational Risk Management Framework, Policies and Procedures, and oversee consistent and effective implementation.
• Supporting the Operational Risk Management Committee in terms of secretariat functions.
• Assisting in the effective management of operational risks through the various Operational Risk Programs.
• Working with the Business and Support units to identify and assess the key risks in their end-to-end processes, design effective process control test steps to mitigate key risks, self-assessments and monitor operational risks.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of process controls test through analyzing, measuring, and assessing the results derived from the Operational Risk Programs.
• Assessing and highlighting the operational risks of Business and Support units via Key Risk Indicators and Key Risk Control Indicators.
• Working with the Business and Support Units on the review of Product Programs to ensure that the operational risks associated with the specific product are identified and addressed appropriately.
• Review Due Diligence and Risk Assessment on Service Providers pertaining to outsourced activities.
• Promote greater Operational Risk Management awareness among the Business and Support units through the conduct of Operational Risk Training sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of various Operational Risk Management reports

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree holder, diploma holder or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and strong drive to achieve good quality work.
• Strong team player.
• Soft skills to engage across businesses within the bank.
• Good understanding of Operations and related processes would be an advantage.
• Banking experience either with operational risk experience, quality assurance or other risk control-related function is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and strong drive to achieve good quality work.
• Strong team player.
