Key responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate the application of OE; identify, coordinate and actively participate in value chain improvement initiatives within the plant to support the achievement of the plant strategy.
Leading & managing CHANGE:
• Drive cultural change at local level - Develop & improve of the on-going processes using subject matter expertise of business transformation concepts as Operational Excellence, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma & Company’s best practices.
• Work closely with and regional and country OE Leads, Site Steering Committees (SSCs), Projects & Cap. Dev. Manager and Functional Leads to deliver OE strategic business plan commitments.
• Coordinate the contribution of all functional managers to perform the annual OE assessment, review and track implementation progress of improvement plan
Facilitate CHANGE system:
• Build capability on OE tools and methodology in the organization through training, coaching and hands on demonstration and application of OE
• Lead the quality and integrated management systems in the plants.
• Support the systemic application of asset management in the plant
• Personal Accountability
Project Management:
• Facilitate the identification and implementation of plant improvement projects
• Lead and demonstrate Project
• Ensure integrity of the problem solving process,
• Facilitate the problem solving learning process.
• Ensure all projects completed on schedule, within budget and with the desired results by clarifying project goals, specifying the needed resources, scheduling the project and assigning responsibility for completing all tasks. Monitoring and modifying the project during implementation and evaluating the success of the project
Capability Development:
• Facilitate the implementation of required capability development programs (such as SCFX,…) with clear plan, milestone and vision
• Promptly adapt and embrace change in organization
• Build up the learning culture at plant
• Build up and implement Succession plan for all level at Plant level
• Manage own performance in a way that shapes a high performance, high engagement culture
Budget/cost Management:
• Coordinate, develop and submit the annual business plans/budgets for approval, including the annual capital budget
• Implement and manage the annual business plans/budgets, including the annual capital budget

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least university graduated
• Degree educated in a relevant business discipline preferred, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years industrial experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Background in Lean Thinking & Six Sigma Tools, Belt certification is preferable
• Formal training in problem solving and tools
• Experience at position of Supply chain, Manufacturing, Packaging working environment
• Experience in leading capital or process improvement projects, some experience in people change initiatives and process improvement
• Experience in Training and development, Facilitation is preferred
• Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS,….
• Experience of working with vendors, customer and consumer
• Change Management: champion and initiate change efforts for the Company, continuous improvement attitude and positive thinking
• Systemic Thinking: think systemically and consider the impact across all stakeholders. Make balanced investment and spending decisions to build shareholder value. Drive sustainability through environmentally, socially, and economically sound viable business practice.
• Innovative Thinking: secure time and resources to explore new ideas to challenge the current state and creates an organization that generates and implements unique, breakthrough ideas.
• Result-oriented & Customer Focus: act decisively on opportunities to achieve Company/System goals. Focus on target growth initiatives that deliver differentiated value across the System. Foresee customer/market trends and anticipates their requirements.
• Action Management: establish processes and procedures to monitor the results of assignments or projects. Follows through to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met. Taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
• Coaching and Facilitation skill: able to conduct the knowledge transferring both classroom and shop-floor for all levels in SC
• Effectively communication & Influence: help others see future opportunities and influence them toward new strategies
• Budget management and forecasting
• Passion, energy and aspiration in Supply chain with the company brands and people values
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office, MO-access is preferable, Business system (SAP, etc.)
