Operation Trainee (Kỹ Sư Tập Sự)

Direct execute and monitoring of daily production activities. Ensure to fulfill all assigned tasks according to the factory's standards for safety, quality, hygiene and efficiency. Perform other tasks as required by the superior.

65% EFFICIENCY ACTIVITY
• Receive handover, check the equipment, make sure the equipment is ready for production.
• Direct operation of the entire production line: feed, mix, laminate and packing to meet the requirements of productivity, quality and loss.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to handle equipment failure in production shift.
• Enter production results into the program P.I.S and LRT as assigned by the shift supervisor
• Control hand-add ticket reports for weighing & dispensing. Make sure procedure of adding water to the hydration stage as required.
• Carry out quality assurance testing of product samples while producing and recording data in production forms and reports, recording production reports and incidents.
• Participate in loss control at all stages of the production shift
• Plan and participate in implementing improvements in production

20% SAFETY-HEALTH-ENVIRONMENT
• Maintain inspection and supervision of compliance with safety regulations, industrial hygiene of all workers in production shifts. Actively enforce culture non accidents.
• Assist the Shift Supervisor to handle EHS issues and report as soon as possible.
• Hazard assessment before carrying out any unusual work in the shifts
• Employee Safety Training with relevant content including Critical Task and SWP (steps 2 and 3), safety regulations.

10% CUSTOMER SERVICE / SAFETY FOR PRODUCTS
• Operate as production plan in LRT.
• Directly perform the control at the production stages according to the quality management process (QA on process, Drug management, FSQR)
• Monitor and sanitize scheduled equipment

05% FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE / CAPITAL PLANNING EFFECTIVENESS
• Supports and administers production budget for a department, process, or shift.
• Executes purchase orders and ensures timely payment of invoices.
• Supports compliance with department non-base capital investment plans

Minimum Required Qualifications
• Engineering graduate, mechanical engineering
• Fresh graduated or under 3 year experience or FMCG with lean manufacturing approach is advantage
• Co-ordination skills among departments (production, contractors, suppliers).
• Soft skills: team work and lead, collaboration, communication…
• Writing and reading English at intermediate level is a must

Preferred Required Qualifications
• Relevant experiences is preferable
• Hand-on maintenance skills in mechanics, electric… is preferable
