Operation Staff (Warehouse & Forwarder)

• Working time: from Monday to Friday, From 8AM to 5PM.
• Department: Operation
• Directly managed by: General Manager

Tasks:
• Liaise with purchaser staff on shipment/delivery
• Manage lead time between forwarder and customer
• Coordinate with forwarders on delivery order collection and checking SOA monthly
• Work with customer officer when needed
• Stock management
• Monthly inventory
• Support other members of the group to complete tasks well
• Other tasks assigned by BOM

• Having a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Economics or related fields.
• Good level of Business English proficiency
• Well-versed in order processing and/or managing functions
• Creative problem-solving abilities with flexibility which regards to job responsibilities
• IT competencies (office suite, email, internet, etc.)
• Ability to meet deadlines
