Mô tả công việc
- To arrange Import/Export Air & Sea Booking and tracking customs procedure
- Manage, track, record precious metal.
- Process all precious metal importing procedure and export according to the Vietnam customs laws.
- Keep track of shipping plan with foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and certificate
- Make EXPORT / IMPORT (air and sea) shipping document
- Processing for Liquidation and submit doc report directly to Customs
- Solve any occurring problems in delivery at port, checking and having inspection at port if any loss, mistaken delivery
- Update law and prescription regarding customs procedure
- Maintain production norm register with customs, register import part list and make balance report with customs office.
- Other job will be discussed in the interview.
