Mô tả công việc
*For Export shipment
Receive orders/information from customers for Sea & Air shipments
Check schedules, rates, possible choice of carrier, space, booking, documentation(S/I, B/L, VGM, AMS, ISF, ACI, AFR…..) , customer service, trucking arrangement, sending pre-alert
Make/check/confirm debit notes and credit notes
Coordinate with vendor/co-loader/oversea agent for handling
Input shipment data, selling & buying rates into company system, make payment documents to customer
Shipment status monitoring, report to manager
Follow up shipments, update to customer/agent, solve problems
*For Import shipment
Receive docs from oversea agent, submit cargo manifest, send arrival notice, D/O release
Issue debit note, update shipment into the system, customer service, report to manager
Others assigned from the manager

Good at English
01-03 year experience in Freight Forwarding Export/Import operation or Logistics
Good communication/collaboration/multitasking skills
Sufficient computer skills(Fast Software is advantage)
Ability to work independently
