Operation Specialist

DHL Global Forwarding is looking 2 Operation Specialists as below:

1) Industrial Project Operation Coordinator
• Responsible for Dangerous Goods & Oversize Goods
• Shipments follow up and managements from end to end since after projects or shipments awarded.
• Handling various reports for all IP clients
• Debit note & docs consolidation & billing reports
• Prepare reports and attend monthly/quarterly business review with key clients
• SOP preparation.
• Develop and maintain relations with key clients.
• Handled ad-hoc tasks assigned by IP Head.
• Providing operation excellence to strengthen the existing operations, and position the business unit for future growth.
• Implementation of new and additional business to meet internal and customer expectations.
• Support and coordinate with team member for project developments.

2) Customer Service Representative (Ocean Operation Specialist)
• Processes, handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area
• Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product
• Performs pickup arrangement.
• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements
• Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures
• Interacts with Customer Service, Product

1) Industrial Project Operation Coordinator
- Minimum 2 year experience in logistics & freight forwarding industry.
- University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Supply Chain / Logistic sectors
- Preferably good knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics business & Customs procedure in Industrial Projects or Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good experience in Customs Clearance
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and local Vietnamese language
- Fluency in using Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, business mindset, customer orientation, achievement driven, teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure.

2) Customer Service Representative (Ocean Operation Specialist)
- University or College Degree, major in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or International Business is preferred.
- 1 - 3 year of working experience in forwarding Operations and Documentation are preferred.
- Experienced in Ocean Freight, Customs declaration, Codes, regulations.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and local Vietnamese language
- Fluency in using Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, business mindset, customer orientation, achievement driven, teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure.
