Mô tả công việc
1.Reservation Officer
a. Check TMS/ERP + Outlook
- Check the new booking which have been confirmed or revised files on TMS/ERP and emails
- Send booking to relevant suppliers & follow up to revise/ re-confirm
- Send confirmation to Sales
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival
- Create & Update database for Mice/Exclusive market
b. Make the payable report
c. Update news about supplier to team & related department (contracting/ product/ accounting…)
2.Operation officer
- Assign tour guide
- Do Operation Programm, Deliver/ Brief files over to tour guides
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival
- Solve on spot all problems occurring during the tour
- Updating the change of tour to related departments ( Sales, Accounting Operation…departments )
- Forerunner/ Escort for Mice/Exclusive group if needed

- BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors
- Knowledge about tourism, about culture , geography
- Good communicate in English
- Skills:
+ Good communication skills
+ Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Ability to analyse and solve problems
+ Time management and making plan
+ Knowledgeable about the culture of the market which you are working on
- Characteristic
+ Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded
+ Flexible, be willing, creativity
+ Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure
