Operation Program Manager

o Be responsible for pre- and post- launch activities including but not limited to go-to-market issues tracking and follow-up; data analysis on product performance and users' feedback/review.
o Working closely with Customer Care and Engineering team for technical troubleshooting and product improvement;
o Support beta testing program including instruction, monitoring and data analysis for product improvement.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineerings to develop detailed project plans including deliverables, schedules, resources, dependencies and risks.
o Lead project execution, track progress against the project plan throughout the software development lifecycle.
o Define problem solving/ risk mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution and foster an environment of cooperation that allows the best ideas to come through.
o Manage day-to-day activities of projects and manpower; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule.
o Interface with partners to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Foster a collaborative relationship that ensures alignment across all companies involved in our projects.
o Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regarding to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with sponsors.
o Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.
o Be responsible for any operation activities within team and projects' scope to ensure project delivered smoothly and successfully.

WHAT WE NEED:
o Bachelor Degree or equivalence
o 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Project Management, Business Intelligence role, with hands-on project/product management.
o Must have strong English communication skills
o Hands on experience with data analysis on wearable products and/or user behaviors is a plus
o Knowledge in release management including app stores is a plus
o Tech savvy and wearables products interests are big plus
o Experience in Agile software development process
o Detail oriented and well-organized
o Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, management and others outside the organization.
