Operation / Production Shift Manager

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
- Ensure the products are in line with specifications, work instructions and good manufacturing practices
- Co ordinate with quality control and other departments to meet IFS food version 6.1 and HACCP
- Interact with Engineering for upgrading, preventive, corrective, repair activities.
- Work closely with warehouse team to meet production schedule
- Ensure discipline and well being of personnel during the shift
- Coordinate with other departments for plant operations and problem resolving
- Willing to work in shifts 12 hours rotation including night shifts (5 days week).
- Fluent in English – speaking and writing reports

- Graduates with a degree in chemistry
- Minimum 3+ years working experience as a shift manager in charge for a batch process large scale herbal extraction/essential oil/ soya/ rice bran oil/bulk drug/chemical/coffee

Salary
- Up to 25,000,000 VND depending on experience and qualifications
