- Leading a team of Electronics/R&D/QC and production for producing Magnetic Components
- Enhancing the efficiency of production basing on Industrial and Electrical Engineering knowledge
- Improving performance and reliability of products basing on strong QC background
- Handling customers’ inquiries
- Coordinating with customers and cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations of product development process
- Monitoring and overseeing progress of projects concluding project design, mass production; planning, controlling of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.
- Enhancing the efficiency of production basing on Industrial and Electrical Engineering knowledge
- Improving performance and reliability of products basing on strong QC background
- Handling customers’ inquiries
- Coordinating with customers and cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations of product development process
- Monitoring and overseeing progress of projects concluding project design, mass production; planning, controlling of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production management;
- Opens for candidates with experience in QC/production/engineering in both Design and Production of Magnetic Components (Switch Mode Power Supply transformers and inductors, common mode chokes, and LAN filters) OR Power Supplies (DC-DC Converters, Power modules)
- Minimum 3 years at manager level experience in Magnetic Components or Power Supply Industry
- Proven Engineering or Production or QC background in the previous working experience
- Strong communication skill to handle US and Europe customers’ demand
