Operation Manager

• Responsible for day-to-day operation, including business negotiation, quotation, customs clearance handling and risk management etc.
• Manage the internal team and set internal KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and achieve the corporate objectives.
• Conduct business analysis of internal performance and market information.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and forwarders for the provision of smooth processing and logistic flow.
• Manage communication between project sales, customer, and overseas agents, offices and customers.
• Report to General Manager on a regular basis and contribute to corporate decisions.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Higher Diploma or above in logistics / business related field.
• At least 5 years solid experience in position of Operation Manager.
• Organized, responsible and good time management skill.
• Able to work independently and is a quick learner.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Indo-China or South East Asia is an essential.
• Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word.
• Good command of both spoken & written English, Chinese is an optional.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good team player and positive personality.
• Immediate available preferred.
