Operation Manager

Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.
Take responsibility for the overall project management process and pro-actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project management from planning, implementation to reporting. Including:
• Work and co-ordinate with the account service team to effectively work on proposal/pitches for the event/activation business that meet client’s needs;
• Develop project checklist, timeline, action plan to effectively manage event/activation projects;
• Responsible to control and manage the budget of each project as per alignment with the management team;
• Liaises with clients, designers, workers, sub-contractors, suppliers and other departments to ensure the smooth execution & delivery of works;
• Builds the relationship, manages and negotiates with suppliers to ensure the high quality delivery and cost effectiveness of the project;
• Provide daily supervision the operation team and collect daily reports and field feedback;
Management
• Manage and cultivate the career development of team members
• Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations
• Other duties assigned by Head of Department.

Knowledge: Good Branding knowledge/ Event & Activation management is an advance.
English: Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Experience: At least 3 years of management experience, preferred in Event/Operation of an agency or Interior factory.
