Operation Manager

- Manage shipping departments (for import, export for both sea & air shipments)
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
- Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
- Report to Manager/ Director for any irregularity.
- More detail information will be discussed in the interview.
- Have experience or relationship with Customs clearance and sea line, airline will be a plus.

- At least 5 years of working experience in Shipping Operations/ Customer services with minimum 3 years management role.
- Preference of experience for Samsung biz.
- Strong analysis skill and project management.
- Good time management and multi-task management skills.
- Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
- Ability to function as an effective team member and act as a leader to Operation team.
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Good communication skill.
- Bilingual as native speaker for local market and good English both in oral and written.
- Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package.
- Prefer candidates have relationship with custom, airline and sealine
