General Responsibilities
• Arranging, appointing staffs, assigning targets and evaluate employees every quarter, year.
Main duties
• Management operation staffs; Planning, arranging staffs and working schedule daily.
• Handle arising situation and feedback from customers during the operation process.
• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in management and approach to customers.
• Research and propose to BOD new operation methods to achieve higher efficiency.
• Statistics and management data, services that company provides to customers.
• Experienced in logistics, capable of independence operations, management thinking and customer’s relations.
• Making debit note, periodic reports to higher managers.
• Ensure the company’s information is strictly confidential.
• Analyze and make decisions to reduce fraud and possible risks in the operations
• Balance the supply requirements and the operational cost to run the operations at the most efficient cost.
• Manage a team of highly motivated city operations managers.
• Create a budget plan and development plan for the team
• Create and implement performance indicators, common procedures and tools for the Yangon Operations
• Review all operating programs of fam trip, incentive, luxury, and VIP clients
• Maximize team productivity through ongoing reporting, feedback and counseling
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to constantly improve service levels and performance
• Tour Guide Assignment
• Perform HR management:
• Conduct a recruitment plan for Operation team (both long and short term)
• Manage, review and supervise and evaluate the performance of the team
• Assess goals, coach, mentor and review appraisal process individually to Operator Division
• Communicate with other Departments

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree: Business Administration, transport economics, trade economics, or related field.
• 5 years of work experience in operations
• Proven ability to manage a large team
• Skills to handle the difficulties occurring during work.
• Honestly, sociable, be able to work independently, Strategic planning and be able to work under high pressure.
• Leading skills: management, create motivation, training staffs…
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Be able to use Microsoft Office
