Operation Manager

● Manage day-to-day teaching operation at school and center location.
● Reviewing and maintaining safety standards, including the establishment of safety procedures
● Work with vendor to conduct emergency exercises
● Manage team Academic Coordinator to organize and scheduling class efficiently
● Work with Center Team and School Team to achieve highest customer satisfaction
● Establish and maintain key procedures to operate Innovation Space
● Work with Center Team and School Team to make sure all working procedures
implemented correctly.
● Coordinate with Purchasing and Accountant to maintain readiness status of teaching materials and equipments
● Setup new centers.

Working location: Diamond Plaza, Level 10 – Room 10.10, 34 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC

● At least 3 year experience in similar field.
● Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports;
● Commitment to outstanding performance.
● Effective planning and implementation skills
● People management skills
● Excellent Communication and time management skills
● Ability to work under pressure and in a fast changing and growing environment
● Entrepreneurial and disciplined.
● Strong problem solving skills
● Ability to prioritize jobs and multi-task according to requirements
● Bilingual skills in both Vietnamese and English
