Operation Manager (Distribution Transportation)

As Operation Manager will be expected to lead, develop and control the distribution service management in North or South Vietnam to achieve short and long-term financial and operating objectives (profitability, revenue, productivity, market share) in line with division and the company’s strategy.
- Be in charge for all profit and loss of distribution in South Vietnam.
- Follow the company budget for year.
- Interacts with account management/strategic sales teams to define objectives, scopes, and delivery of distribution solutions.
- Provide consultation in the development and implementation of transportation solutions, including concept of operations plans, staffing and costing, systems concepts, commercial value propositions, etc.
- Execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategy.
- Ensure profit maximizing approach to market, analyzes financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer.
- Prepare situational analysis tools for commercial consideration and strategy development.
- Cost control/saving approach from current operations to BOD/BU Heads
- Provide processes, tools and training to Department including Templates/ Tools for capabilities presentations, costing propositions, reporting’s /KPIs. Implementations goals.

• Min. 2 years – experience of transportation/distribution.
• Advanced Data Analysis and Financial Acumen required.
• Working for transportation MNC and either key player of local transporters in Vietnam are a plus.
• University Degree, prefer major in Transportation, Supply chain, Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse management
• Good command in English (B Level)
• Good Computer skills (MS Office)
• A clear systematic & analytical thinker, who is process orientated.
• Cost efficiency and control
• Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned.
• Go to business trip as required.
• Joining some other Projects as required.
