Operation Manager (Cosmetics)

1. OPERATION:
- Take responsibility for finding good business locations such as shopping malls
- Connect to the malls and discuss all financing carefully before agreeing to a space leasing contract
- Ensure that Business’ retail store arrangement follows Brand concept
- Be responsible for price labels of products
- Be liability for store operation and make necessary adjustment to build a good sales process
- Make reports about sales and stocks to BOD
- Do market research and market analysis, then make suitable marketing plan to approach potential customers in Vietnam
- Control the quantity of imported goods
- Monitor and analyze cash flow; balance revenue and expensation
- Involve in the recruitment and selection process to find good staffs for stores
- Work with Brand’s BOD

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensure 100% customer service, sales, vision test procedure are implement
and consistency
- Ensure all stores operate at a high quality level of standard with emphasis
on customer service
- Ensure Area Coach and Store Manager resolves customer complaints in a
proper and swift manner
- Develop and manage and train customer service staff responding to the
Customer in good manner
- Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Train and request customer service staff to analyse statistics

3. SITE DEVELOPMENT/ CONSTRUCTION
- Identifies and recommends potential new store locations for expansion
within the market
- Coordinate with Finance Department to conducts field and financial
evaluations, assists in estimating development costs, construction time, and
obtains management approvals
- Lead construction team to ensure store opening meet project timeline

* Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

- Good at English (Writing, reading, listening and speaking)
- Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power point
- Can traveling
- Good at communication
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Diploma/Bachelor of business administration or related majors
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Retail
