Mô tả công việc
1. Supervise the activities and performance of the team according to overall company and department policy
2. Set team and personal objectives, implement capacity development for members to maximize potential of achieving objectives
3. Formulate annual Operation plan/strategies to comply with Company Business direction
4. Responsible for smooth functioning and operation of the shopping mall, covering Administration, Facilities and Securities, Training and Accounting
5. Set up and strengthen policies, procedures to improve good operation of the Shopping center
6. Manage service quality provided by contractors/suppliers to make sure they follow the Service contract’s terms and conditions timely which meet AEONMALL's qualified standard
7. Make regular reports and reviews of budgets, asset management, performance, expense and purchases
8. Take good relationship with related internal and external parties to ensure achievement of objectives
9. Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree
2. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
3. At least 10 years of working experience in related field
4. Good communication and management skill
5. Be willing to work in shift
6. Work location: Hanoi (Aug 2019 ~ Dec 2019), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (Jan 2020 ~)
