Mô tả công việc
• Contact directly with overhead budget holder to assist Senior Finance Manager-FM to control the OVH, prepare the OVH coplan. Initiative follows up to ensure the high accuracy of forecast figures vs. actual.
• Prepare and analysis product cost, financial statement
• Assist with Ops Finance tasks like stock movement report, goods receipt notes, capex and fixed asset capitalization. To perform monthly physical stock count
• Support other operations functions in term of internal policy and procedure
• Control the billing processing (including invoice processing) for sale transactions. Perform AR Period End Closing Activities including managing open item accounts and open balance. Ensure that sale documents are filed in compliance with record retention policy
• Perform tax report, including reconciling Excise Duty and VAT (output) sale invoices monthly
• Support on working with internal audit, external audit, tax… for AR
• Miscellaneous tasks as required by Finance team such as maintain master data for NeO approval/PO/STO release/pricing/customer and resolve AR-related issues

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce and tax knowledge preferable
• Ability to quickly learn new things and unlearn current things
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Knowledge of management accounting and consolidation
• Good command of English is preferable
• Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
