An Operations Executive is responsible for conducting administrative tasks and supporting the Operations department within specified authority limit.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Undertaking and considering claims requests from customers and partners
• Coordinating with other departments to process insurance documents on schedule
• Any related specialized details will be trained once joining the company
• Handling other tasks assigned by the superior/ the line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, major related to medicine or insurance is preferred
• Proficiency with MS office
• Good in English (written, reading)
• Ability to work independently under high pressure
• Careful, meticulous and loyal ability
• Willing to learn, work overtime, team player, progress – oriented
