Mô tả công việc
1. Be responsible for Air Im/Export (main) and Sea Im/Export Document handling.
2. Support Air terminal handling docs, pick up docs at warehouse tcs & scsc when in case.
3. Understand and perform all process of 1 shipment as customer service + documentation: receive inquiry from customers or agents, prepare booking, arrange cargo handling, inputs data into the system to create file, complete house BL+ master BL, send pre-alerts to overseas offices, update data into system, make Debit-Credit Note (Invoice) to clients and agents, follow up payment for non-credit and credit clients, shipment track and trace update.
4. Be responsible for process of logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including transport agents, air/shipping lines to handle transportation, and ensure on-time delivery, lowest transport costs and highest performance evaluation.
5. Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding.
6. Other duties assigned by Manager and MD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. 3-4 years experience of Logistics industry.
2. Good command of English.
3. Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
4. Well organized and detailed, accurate, able to work under high pressure.
5. Teamwork mind, discipline, union.
6. Be dependable and truthful.
