Achieve retail and net sales objectives for Hello Beauty Store to ensure objectives are met. Ensures returns and expenditures (in-store, demonstration, T&E) are within brand budget.
1. Retail Sales Operations
Provide direction to the retail sales teams to ensure brand objectives are communicated and understood. These objectives include, but not limited to:
• Retail/Net Sales Plan by store
• Inventory Module Control
• Returns Management Control
• Forecasting/Sell-In Proposal for New Products
• Management/Leadership Ability
• Selling Cost Expense Management
• Budget Management
• Service Expectations
• Assist Retail Operation Manager in development of retail/net sales plans and Selling Cost Expenses.
• Ensure Demonstration Cost and In-Store budgets are managed and effectively utilized to maximize ROI.
2. Excellent execute & manage retail system such as Gold, VLL, VLP
• Know how to learn from the system to execute and propose the best solution for every program will be run in stores
• Work with Retail Operation Manager and IT team to train to all staffs how to run the POS system
3. Be a member of team to co-operate with other function support department among the group such as IT, Gold Team, Logistic Team… to make sure information is clearly & smoothly. Maintain effective communication with all departments. Ensure communication is made daily with every store, either by store visit or by phone.
4. Follow and run activities in stores to reach the target
• Assist Retail Operation Manager to run & push sale activities in stores
• Support brand to execute brand activation in store
• Responsible for the implementation of national marketing programs for brand.
• Recommend to management creative means by which to grow business in a profitable manner.
• Plan and schedule retail events as well as providing post-evenevaluation.
• Plan and schedule store openings events, marketing and advertising for new openings with partner.
• Responsible for image and presentation of Hello Beauty in store: merchandising, ordering and installation of collateral for major promotions, employee image.
5. Staff management:
• With Operation Manager to follow the performance of every BA in every store to make sure the capacity of BA is aligned with the development plan of Store and brand Hello Beauty
• Follow up on the job training of Training team, provide solution to make sure the training program is applied consistently
• Be a member between management team and retail team to make sure any policy and information is transparent and delivered to every staff
6. Administrative
Responsible for completing and submitting the following reports on a timely basis:
• Monthly Sales Update
• Monthly Staffing Update
• New Product Sales Update
• Events recap
• The overall achievement of orders vs. budget and/or indicating significant influence that may have impacted store order flow.
• Retail sales by store, L4L
• Effectiveness of current Marketing/Training/Public Relations/.Artist Relations initiatives
• Major issues impacting market or stores

Yêu cầu ứng viên
§ Education: A minimum diploma in Business or Business development
§ Job Related Skills: Leadership training, public speaking experience, communication skills, plan/budget skills, training experience.
§ Job Related Experience: 3-year previous supervisory experience in a similar capacity in the beauty/fashion industry preferred. Management experience required.
§ Analytical/Interpretive Skills: Training and coaching new and existing employees. Ability to council employee conflicts and to function in a fast-paced environment. Embrace the company’s corporate philosophy.
§ Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing and supervising people. Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.
§ Job Related Skills: Leadership training, public speaking experience, communication skills, plan/budget skills, training experience.
