ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To operate and maintain internal working system with multiple internal departments to create efficient working processes and help improve the quality of products.
- Work on policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement and review operational procedures.
- Work with HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with Head of Operation and senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support staff communication with the management team.

- Well-organized, good at logical, and particularistic when working in details.
- Able to manage system, flexible for change and improvement.
- Quick understanding, quick learner, long-term commitment.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
- Proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs.
CAREER GOALS:
- Become an Operations Manager who creates, runs and manages company’s processes, systems.
- Develop strong judgment and decision-making, strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer candidates with good at speaking and writing in both English and Vietnamese, interpersonal communication skill, logic and EQ.
- Prefer candidates with experience working in production-house companies.
- Well-organized, good at logical, and particularistic when working in details.
