'1. Book and control services: guide, transportation, hotel, land tour
2. Brief for guide, transportation, land tour, hotel customer itinerary before the tour start
3. Make tour quotation as request
4. Upload data on Manual Guide including itinerary, prices, contract
5. Upload date base for operation department: accommodations, transportation, land tour
6. Update suppliers contract
7. Visit hotel/resort to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability
8. Collect, evaluate customer feedback from the tour guide
