Operation Executive in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

1. Attending the meeting with the client, other sub-trade contractors, and in-house vendors. Taking meeting minutes
2. On-site coordination work with all parties to resolve site matters
3. Taking site photos and reporting of daily site activities and progress
4. Arrangement of Equipment/Machinery/Tools/Transport/Material to and from site
5. Arrangement of port clearance for overseas shipment
6. Any other work assignment as deem necessary for the project
7. Probation period 1 month

1. 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a similar capacity as an operation executive or a project coordinator
2. Proficient in English
3. The ability to read and understand construction drawings
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
5. The ability to work irregular hours
6. On-site supervision of contractors and workers to ensure the quality of work and conformance of worksite safety regulations
7. A team player who understands the importance of team bonding, team activities and teamwork
8. Able to commence work at a notice of 2 weeks
