Mô tả công việc
*Reports to: General Manager.
* KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
*Internal
Country Director, General Manager, Division Managers/ Officers, Project Managers/ Officers
*External
GNI’s Partners, Governmental Officials, INGOs, Communities
- Participate in preparation of Plan of Action (POA) in water-sanitation and environment;
- Design and develop programs related to Water & Sanitation, Health and Environment Sector in all CDPs;
- Build up standards, guidelines, regulations related to sectors managed by the team; and instruct CDPs staff to follow;
- Provide technical support to CDP during making plan and implementing activities of Water & Sanitation, Health, Environment Sectors annually in all CDPs;
- Push CDPs to implement the activities timely and effectively; conduct - regular or when requested - field trip to monitor project activity related to sectors she/he managed;
- Cooperate with Field Office officers to survey, check, and evaluate water use status, sanitation and health issues in project areas;
- Coordinate with staff of other related teams to handle tasks according to the order and procedures stipulated;
- Abide by the organization’s regulations and foster the organization’s solidarity;
- Actively develop initiatives to enhance the work quality and productivity of project activities;
- Perform other tasks as requested by line managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Education:
- University degree in Water & Sanitation, Health, Environment, Community Development Sector and other related fields Work experience
- Minimum 01 years of related fields;
- Community development project working experience is preferable;
*Skills
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
- Good skill in computer use
*Attitude
- Sociable and responsive
- Committed working with GNI at least 2 years
- Teamwork spirit
- Truthful and accountable.
