Operation Director

OPERATIONS:
Ship60 specializes in on-demand delivery service which requires to build up large rider population like Grab/Uber. This individual will be in charge of the entire operation management including:
- Coordinating, supervising and managing day-to-day operation to ensure that services are delivered to customer at highest standard
- Constantly monitoring operation performance and solve any issues occurring
- Analyzing daily operation data to recognize issue then define action to improve
- Expanding rider population and retaining them on Ship60 platform
- Working with product team to propose new features, help to improve operation process
- Controlling costs by reviewing recipe of products, minimizing waste
- Manage operation team to ensure the quality and KPI
- Analyzing customer requirement to make changes/ improvements operation process
- Handling customer complaints, analyzing and promptly responding to customer feedback
- Participate in board of directors (BOD) to define operation strategy
- Report directly to CEO

PLANNING:
- Planning operation budget & finance;
- Planning human resources to have back-up when required;
- Weekly and monthly reporting to BOD

- +2 year’ experience as manager or higher
- Strong problem solving skill
- Strong leadership, ability to training & coaching
- Strong experience in data analysis
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills
- Budget planning and compliance orientation
- Deep understanding in transportation industry, especially on-demand delivery
- Basic knowledge in HR, finance, marketing
- English communication proficiency
- Must be between Age 25~35 years
