Summarize the main responsibility:
• Responsible for manage daily operations of Departments including: Finance and Accounting; HR & Admin; Legal; IT (“Operation Division”)
• Supervise, manage and impulse the implementation of operation strategy to ensure KPI target of Operation Division.
• Responsible for organizing weekly and monthly meetings of Operation Division.
• Develop staff training plan and strategy.
• Creating, building and being a contact point for working with relevant partners and departments.
• Contribute concepts and ideas to develop disbursement procedures of new products.
• Participate in building, guiding and improving processes and guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING:
Building and managing finance departments:
• Building the organizational orgchart, functions, tasks and working processes of the Finance Department to submit to the CEO for approval.
• Based on actual annual needs, develop budget and personnel plan of the finance department accordingly;
• Manage and control the day-to-day affairs of the Finance Department and coordinate with other relevant heads when arising.
Lead on and have responsible for developing the Company's Financial Regulations in accordance with the provisions of Law, the Company's Charter and the Company's development needs in each period:
• Advise/consult and participate in controlling the compliance with the Financial Regulations of the Departments / Divisions / Individuals in the Company;
Cash flow management:
• Budget planning and monitoring the implementation of the Company's financial budget, real cash flows;
• Contact point, coordinate with related departments to propose and implement solutions to control the cash flow of the system, ensure capital for production and business activities.
Manage budget planning and budget control for the Company's operating system and investment projects:
• Develop a suitable financial plan and capital structure for each period.
• Controlling financial targets as planned
Managing financial investment activities of the Company (if any)
Advise to BOD on issues related to their fields of expertise.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION:
• Manage all HR & Admin operations based on the reporting of HR & Admin. Manager (e.g. recruitment, C&B, process/procedure; KPIs; etc.)
• To implement the engagement of employee of ompany.
3. LEGAL:
• Management and monitoring of legal activities ensure that the Department is functioning properly.
• Advising internal clients on issues related to law.
• Check the relevant legal contract review.
4. IT:
• Manage the operation of the IT department to serve the requirements of the departments within the company.
• Interact with Marketing in the management of the website, and other relevant functions of the IT department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics or relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience working management position in Finance.
• Communication, presentation, training & management skills, and have ability to motivate team
• Experienced managing big team.
• Ability to examine data, reports and complete the work on time
• Ability to resolve problems requiring accuracy and prompt
• Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint ...)
• Good communication, good presentation in Vietnamese and English language (speaking & writing).
• At least 7 years of experience working management position in Finance.
• Communication, presentation, training & management skills, and have ability to motivate team
• Experienced managing big team.
• Ability to examine data, reports and complete the work on time
• Ability to resolve problems requiring accuracy and prompt
• Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint ...)
