Operation Development Manager (Spa)Top management

Matxi Spa & Yoga recruit during construction phase. Matxi Spa Company will aim to multitask for these initial key positions, so Operation Development Manager (Spa) will undertake as many functions as possible, within the capacity & responsibility allowed.
1 / Head of System Development
Task:
- Evaluate new premises on business opportunities
- Approving, monitoring and optimizing the design and construction of Matxi Spa centers in phase 1 (10 Mini shops)
-Set up products, services, personnel structure, policies, operating and management mechanisms ... to ensure business operations and service quality.
-Support training for Matxi Spa personnel in terms of operation
-Optimize the working procedure and operation of Matxi Spa
-Develop new centers
Working with:
-Directly Director of Matxi Spa Project, Board of Directors of Matxi Corp
-Other department heads
-Construction partners, construction design
-Customer buying franchise chain

- Graduated from University with major in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing ... or other related fields
-Have at least 3 years of experience in the same position in the banking sector, education, retail stores, spa chain development, beauty salon, ...
-Good project management skills
-The ability to develop, implement and maintain current strategic plans for all system activities
-Good skills in negotiating and working with partners
- Customer persuasion skills and staff training skills
