Operation Deputy Assistant

- Review all transactions in SAP and carry out necessary stock adjustments.
- Review that all System data in SAP is completed on a daily base, such as barley tonnage to the Production, barley and malt movements, intake and deliveries, out loading of malt culms and feeding barley, quality parameters
- Propose and improve the SAP management system
- Correct End of the month report for Operation
- Raise the contract/ purchase order/ variation order appropriate to the assigned works and to follow up all payments accordingly to the payment terms that showed in the contract including the preparation of agenda paper work and price comparisons
- Coordinate with Purchase department to follow the PR process
- Perform all proposed duties in relation to secretarial works and administrative support to direct upper level are done properly. Tasks will be performed under discretion, and/ or confidential
- Support team members in term of preparing document for audits, maintaining ISO & HACCP procedure in positive manner that meet management's requirement

- University degree or above; Major in Financial, Banking, Administrative Management, Economic...
- High fluency in English (speaking and writing), Toeic required: 750
- Good computer literacy, (Ms Office)
- Have experience in using SAP system or ERP system in advance
- 05 years experience in related position, worked in foreign company in advance
