GEOGRAPHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 6 months in Phu Quoc Island 6 months in HCM, Vietnam
REPORT TO:
Administration Report to DS Team Leader
Operation Report to Operation Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Primarily responsible to ensure that all Arrivals/Departures are provided with proper transportation .
2. Getting the arrival/departure lists from the team, cross - check to ensure all flight information provided are correct and most updated.
3. Arrange the vehicles according to the requirement , work with the suppliers to book the vehicles and follow up its confirmation.
4. Ensure all vehicles are ready at the airport/hotel on time.
5. Check the vehicle cleanliness, seat belts, micro, bus sign, first-aid kit available before the transfer time.
6. Be present at the airport for all scheduled flights and direct customers to the transfer vehicles.
7. Maintain close relationship and strong team work among the team.
8. Follow the working schedule properly. Any changes should be reported and approved by the Operation Manager.
9. Reporting to the Operation Manager (DS) and Delivery Service Manager (TUI DX) immediately when there is a problem on site.
10. Adhere to all company policies, regulations and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

• Fluency in communication by English
