Operation Assistant Manager (Auto Logistics)

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
• Manage and control the operation of the auto logistics at Hiep Phuoc Vehicle Logistics Center (HPVLC) by directing and leading in activities consistent with the established operation standard, goals and objectives.
• Implement programs to ensure attainment of auto logistics operation process plan at HPVLC for growth and profits.
• To assure to strictly follow the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), realize and maintain 5S practice and other regulations on safety
JOB DETAIL:
• Plan, lead, organize and control auto logistics operations at HPVLC and guide all subordinates in line with corporate objective
• Ensures the profitability and growths of auto logistics operations
• Keep inventory record intact and maintain stock level based on demand
• Lead company efforts on customer relations, including but not limited to acting as front liner whenever necessary
• Conduct regular meeting with auto logistics staffs, document staffs at HPVLC as well as stake holder of HPVLC but not limited such as dealers, HPIPC, etc…
• Monitor and evaluate performance of subordinates
• Monitor and inspect daily actual workflow and work results
• Ensure the enforcement of safety measures and control at HPVLC
• Ensure the highest quality of work and delivery of goods and services to customers- Perform other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time approving, signing purchase requirement, purchase order, g
• ate passes, leave application, supply and material orders, billing orders, request for payment, estimates, etc. for auto logistics at HPVLC
• Ensure that the corporate quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at levels in the organization
• Provide technical advices to Business Development division and attend the meeting with customer if requested

• University graduated.
• Minimum 5 years working of automotive or logistics experience either from manufacturing or service industry at managerial level
• Driver License B2
• Good communication in English
• Flexible, teamwork, have ability to work under high pressure
