Mô tả công việc

1. Role Objective
- Ensure a smooth operation for hospitals and clinics. Reach to the KPI for operation department

2. Principal Duties & Key Tasks
2.1 Responsibilities
- The operations assistant reports to the operations manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal performance. This position requires the identification of operational risks and opportunity and providing solutions for the same together with the help of relevant departments.
2.2 Key tasks
- Support the smooth running of our daily business operations
- Support the execution of new business development and strategic initiatives
- Support the Operations Manager to manage the medical and non-medical teams
- Work closely with other departments as: accountant, marketing, sales, IT... to ensure we provide good services, real value to customers and have revenue impact
- Participate in discussions and planning regarding strategic issues, campaigns and organizational planning.
- Develop partnerships with a variety of different healthcare partners including hospitals, patient groups, diagnostics labs, pharmacies, insurance providers and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare presentations
- Analyse and report on growth KPIs
- Maintains and updates relevant data and statistics required for Operations Manager
- Provide assistance for meetings, presentations and events
- Assist in research and business development tasks
- Support marketing and sales as required - assist in the execution of our marketing activities
- Other works that are required by Operations Manager

4. Job requirement
4.1 Academic Background
- University degree
4.2 Experience
- 4 years experience in related fields
4.3 Skills
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude. Can ‘hustle’ and get stuff done.
- Flexible mindset – can handle ambiguity of working in fast paced company
- Good organizational skills
- Great organisation skills and good attention to detail
- Is genuinely interested in working for a start-up
- Energetic and confident personality
- Can multi-task and work independently
- Strong communication skills - Has the ability to build good relationships with a variety of different people
- Good team work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Can speak English
