Mô tả công việc
• Support the team in daily processing operation transactions, including remittance, treasury and trade finance
• Receive, check clients’ applications and supporting documents
• Process transactions into the system and submit to line manager for approval.
• Ensure all operation activities in strict compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements to protect the interests of the Bank and its customers.
• Work with customers to prepare stipulated documents, deal with customers’ problem and solve the internal issues or any challenges during processing transactions.
• Making related reports as required
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar in business, banking, finance, economics, accounting
• Experienced and knowledgable on banking operation
• Good communication skills with customers
• Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and organisation skills
• Good command in English
• Computer literacy
• Meticulous and careful
