Mô tả công việc
** Operations Assistant
- Schedule meetings with Vendors
- Translate Vietnamese or Chinese to English during meetings with Vendors
- Accompany the Operations Manager on routine vendor visits and during PPS, Pilot runs & F/C reviews.
- Prepare reports Performs other tasks as required by the Operations Manager
** Quality System Administrator
- Assist in the preparation of QC Inspection Checklists, Procedures
- Work Instructions both in English and Vietnamese version
- Coordinate with vendors & VST to schedule CAP, PPM (Pre-production Meeting) and TGW meetings.
- Assist in making Power Point training or Orientation Presentations.Organize a regular Quality Systems Audit.
- Organize as-required staff meetings
- Prepare reports
- Performs other tasks required by the Operations Manager

- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Furniture experience is prefered
- Can speak English, Vietnamese & Chinese
- Can use Microsoft Office ApplicationsDedicated, hardworking & diligent
- Open minded and willing to learn new things
- Works in the office from Monday to Saturday
