Mô tả công việc
EXPORT
• Receive orders/information from customer
• Check schedules, rates, possible choice of carrier, space, booking
• Cooperate with customer's staffs for all necessary procedures to load cargoes on board as planned
• Coordinate with vendors, oversea agents for transport arrangement
• Make/check/confirm debit notes
• Make payment documents to invoice to customer
• Make S/I, check and confirm B/L
• Shipment status monitoring and report
• Input shipment data into company system
IMPORT
• Receive, check import documents from oversea agents then proceed into internal electronic system and upload to Customs e-manifest system
• Work with agents, warehouses, carriers and related parties to handle import shipments smoothly
• Solve issues related import shipments
• Maintain good customer service relationship with customers
• Report to head department and manager
• Cooperate with related departments
• Other tasks assigned by management
