Operation Administrator (Working At Long Hau Industrial Park) (No Experience Required)

- Clarify and sort out business documentation.
- Data input/output of incoming/outgoing of cargoes.
- Inventory data control.
- Tracking the inventory and purchase order of consumables arrangements.
- Receive calls from customers, partners or outside call to office.
- Managing and updating the company’s data base.
- Prepare all the internal documentation (incl. debit note).
- Scheduling the meetings, create the Meeting Minutes when join the meeting.
- Communicate with Ho Chi Minh Head Office for accountings, HR and general affairs.
- Creating necessary reports requested by superiors and managements.
- Follow and carry out the tasks given by the Company.
- Support the other departments.
- Execute the tasks requested by the Employer timely.

- Language : English (communicative)
- Skills : PC Skills (MS Office advanced - compulsory)
- Education : On College
- Experience : No experience required / Warehouse experience will be added advantage.

Salary Range: From 9 mil to 12 mil. gross (Negotiable based on experience)
