Opearating Manager/ Assistant

1. Develop overall local operational strategy and direction for the freight forwarding teams
2. To handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution within the team to provide our customers with consistent and overall high level of service.
3. To contact and communicate with overseas counter party, sales team, carrier, shipper, booking agents, trucking companies, Custom Broker, warehouse or other relative parties for shipment arrangement.
4. To execute shipping arrangement accordingly to the company guideline as well as Customer specific SOP.
5. To maintain the accuracy of documentation data in the specific system so as to ensure the systems are reliable for track and trace purpose internally and externally.
6. To work with staff in other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and a smooth communication to achieve the team success.
7. Fulfill other work assigned by General manager.

1. College or above.
2. Minimum 2 Years Working experience in Logistics industry or related.
3. Customer service function experience is preferred.
4. Good command of communication and English skills.
5. Good team player.
6. Positive working attitude and result oriented.
