Mô tả công việc
+Follow up and arrange for all shipments/orders: logistics, export documents delivery, shipping……
+Can use systems for issue HAWB/Debit note and key in EDI
+Track and tracing shipments daily
+ Contact and co-operate with suppliers/factories to make sure that shipments have to be shipped out smoothly as agent /buyer’s instruction.
+Co-operate with all sides to solve the problems if any
+Follow SOP instructions to ensure all shipments and matters relate to Air service in smoothly
+Be responsible with customers to solve any problem relate to shipments.
Monitor all activities of Air department to make sure everything processed in order and smoothly
+Rotation and other job as company arrange

- Education: University or College graduation
- Experience: 1-2 years Fresh well come
Skills:
+ Experience in communication and deal with customers (both Vietnamese and Foreigners).
+ Good computer skill such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
+ Fluent in English in both spoken and written skill.
+ High responsibility and team work ability.
+ Can work under high pressure.
+ Willing to work out of hours and go away for business.
