Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
1. To provide end to end responsibility for warehousing and transport activities allowing maximum operational flexibility according to customer service, quality, HSE and cost targets
2. Lead warehouse team to delivery ware house metrics embedded APLS (continuous improvement) program
3. Manage warehouse team to build and deliver ware house standard meet AkzoNobel requirement
4. Supervise personnel, including: development of objectives and necessary coaching; review performance; promotions, transfers, hiring and/or disciplinary actions.
5. Support commercial teams to manage Inventory or AkzoNobel asset in external warehouse
6. Look for and respond effectively to hazards in safety, health, security and environment, taking account of people
7. To provide end to end responsibility for all warehousing and transport processes allowing maximum operational flexibility and achievement of agreed customer service at lowest imaginable costs for a specific site(s)
8. Deliver the financial and service targets regarding warehousing and repacking cost
9. Design and develop management information reports for cost information, savings, productivity, customer claims. Analyze reports and take action as required.
10. Other assignment from Site Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College certificate or above
• Two years working experience in same position, preferable in chemical industry
• Understand Vietnamese Customs Clearance Regulation/Laws is required
• Logistics Certificate available is preferable
• Used to be handle dangerous goods is preferable
• Familiar with one of ERP system
• Good computer skill is required
• Having result orientation and customer focus mindset
• Good leadership and people management
• Can read material in English
• Working at AkzoNobel Coatings Vietnam - Lot 107, Amata IP, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
• Two years working experience in same position, preferable in chemical industry
