To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for a highly motivated Online Store Manager to handle the online shops of TPF Sports.
- Position : Online Store Manager
- Division : TPF Sports _Sales Support Department
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 6h00 Am – 3h00 Pm, Monday – Friday

1. Role description
The Online Store Manager is responsible for everything that goes on in the store’s websites of TPF Sports:
1. Manage website, online store and order system
- Check, manage the posting/ displaying of the goods, making sure that all links are working and updating
- Oversee, manage system to ensure all input data are updated and all orders are processed accordingly
- Work with E-Commerce team to set up website, promotion campaign and digital plan for website if need be

2. Manage online order of customer
- Conduct the process and advise team members to handle order of customer
- On behalf of TPF Sports to build good relationship with customer and solve any difficult case ensuring the highest standard of customer experience is delivered
3. Manage inventory and stock for store
- Effectively oversee inventory and fulfillment of online orders, manage system to keep the database of the inventory updated
- Forecast the sale and growth of store for the capacity planning to ensure stock level is appropriate to maximize selling
- Keeps in touch with supply chain team, suppliers, manufacturers of the products to haggle and suggest on pricing of all goods
- Suggest, manage and follow up on all activities concerning campaigns, promotions and sales activities in store
4. Manage and support Online team for TPF Sports
- Be responsible for nurture your team engagement, coaching performance, recruiting and building motivation
- Manage other administrative tasks to accomplish the assigned responsibility
