Mô tả công việc
• Provide support to the online team
• Responsible for building relationships with customers from around the globe
• Build country itineraries/packages to meet the customers needs
• Provide product knowledge of the whole country
• Reaching out to clients who have inquired about particular tours
• Finding out the who, what, when, where and why’s of their trip
• Taking care of all the bookings of hostels, tours, etc.
• Being the customers point of contact throughout the entire process
• Maintain relationships with key personnel
• Assist with financial statements and documents
• Reach the revenue and profit targets
It's your goal to ensure all customers return home having had a trip which exceeded their expectations, and consequently motivates them to return as customers again. You will get to know what makes your customers tick and create an amazing experience for them based on your first-hand knowledge of the destination and their personal interests.

Desired attributes for the position are:
• Knowledge of booking system: Cloudbeds and J6 would be an advantage
• Reporting abilities
• Communicate effectively with written and oral English
• Timekeeping skills
• Degree in travel, tourism or business would be an advantage
• Ability to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• 2 years experience in a similar position
