Online Sales Manager

The brand called "Susu & Cra" is a children fashion brand that offers chic and unique styles based on the refined sensibility of the European style.
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality design and to grow into a brand with unwavering belief."Susu & Cra" has 38 off-line stores in Korea and 2 off-line stores in Beijing, China. We are preparing for expanding our business to Vietnam now.
"Susu & Cra" is seeking to hire an online sales manager who will be responsible for organizing and executing our online sales in Vietnam. Detail information including responsibilities and requirements for this position are as follow.

Responsibilities
- Selling the products (mainly kids clothes) through chatting, emailing, or making use of blogs
- Making customer satisfaction manage during the entire purchasing experiences
- Gathering the database of the existing and potential customers and ensures that these customers are made aware of the products, their special offers, discounts, etc.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Managing and assisting the internet sales people

Work Environment
- You will work in an office environment located in HCMC
- Full time position requiring him/her to work for at least forty hours per week, but may need to work overtime occasionally

Salary Details
- Salary offered is close to 10,000 USD per a year and may increase depending on the individual's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
