- Identify opportunities to expand and improve our online presence through item setup including content layout, branding opportunities and monthly promotions
- Monitor new launches and brainstorm marketing initiatives that can increase sales, ratings and reviews
- Conduct assortment reviews to highlight areas of improvement for slow selling styles or excess inventory and facilitate the reordering of high performance SKUs
- Manage stock level and work well to Logistic to ensure timelines and expectations are being met
- Analyze site metrics, customer feedback and other related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories
- Performs in depth product research online [comp shopping] to create ongoing recommendations for improvement and continued growth
- Create add-on sales opportunities in conjunction with sales by identifying ways to crossmerchandise and bundle products together in collections, bundles etc. during item setup
- Develop and administer web content including photography and creative product
descriptions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female: 20- 35 years old, soft voice
- At least have 2 years experiences in same position.
- Proven experience in e-Commerce conversion rate optimization
- Ability to manage and mentor a small team of optimization specialists
- Google Analytics and optimized experience are desirable
- Ability to present findings and recommendations appropriate for senior level management
- Strong ability to work with multiple functional groups
- Hard-working and work under high pressure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
