• Responsible for all customer order management from receipt through to delivery
• Manage all customer orders and delivery
• Liaise with our warehouse to manage all customer orders and delivery
• Act as a Brand Ambassador: Follow the M.J.Bale Standards for Excellence, ensuring you deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer contact
• Identify ways to personalize the experience of every customer, whenever possible.
• Create lasting relationships with your customers – encouraging repeat shopping behaviour wherever possible
• Proactively reach out to new and potential customers to generate sales opportunities
• Achieve sales targets by maximizing all customer contact opportunities to provide product knowledge, increase units per transaction and sell across all channels
• Manage all customer complaints and ensure resolutions in a timely manner and ensuring that any challenging situation is turned into a positive experience for your customer
• Support online team with adhoc requirements as required
• Work together with your fellow team members to support each other at busy times and in demanding situations
• Use all CRM systems confidently and accurately to record customer and order details ensuring smooth team communication and resolution of cases
• Ensure that the in-house processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Feed customer requests and information upwards to the online manager to improve the customer experience.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years-experience in customer service
• Experience with CRM is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude and focus on customer service
• Good command in English
