Online Business Manager (Marketplace and Ecommerce)

Your role on the team is to help manage our marketplace and e-commerce operations. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of the brand's portfolio of products and to work to improve their day-to-day success across online sales. We understand that someone applying might not have all the knowledge before starting, instead, we are looking for someone that is willing to learn.
Responsibilities & Goals
• Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down. Then clearly share your observations and then propose strategies to improve the issue.
• Reviewing competitors and pricing, to make sure our products are the most competitive on the marketplaces.
• Work actively with different teams to constantly improve the listings: Designer to improve marketing images; Customer Service to improve product ratings; Logistics to make sure inventory levels are correct.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as: price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative.
• Coordinate with our customer service team to ensure we are providing a world-class customer experience for your product portfolio.
• Producing weekly and monthly performance reports that track the KPIs of all products and to ensure our Finance team has accurate information.
• Support the increase of revenue and profit through PPC advertising on platforms such as Amazon or Google Ads.
• Help manage the ecommerce store hosted on Shopify. Create strategies and improvements to increase orders from the website (email marketing, retargeting, design improvements, digital marketing, etc.).
• Launch our new released products on Amazon and our website. Create email marketing campaigns to notify customers.
• Learning and staying up to date with how to sell on Amazon.

• Salary: 38,000,000 to 50,000,000 VND month*, based on experience, work quality level and performance.

Preferences, but not Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in product/brand/category management, marketing, operations, or an analytical function.
• 2+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably working within the Amazon, Lazada, Tiki, or Shopee ecosystem.
• Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Excellent English communication skills, a high level of organization, and strong attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and team spirit.
• Knows how to use excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
