On-Site Safety Supervisor

I. Assist project manager and site engineers to supervise the safety environment of project and take the main responsibility for the safety problems at the construction site.
2. Implement the relevant policies, standards, and regulations on construction safety, and stick to the "preventive safety measures oriented " approach.
3. Carefully inspect and urge labor protection at the construction site and the implementation of various safety regulations.
4. Drafting the preventive safety measures and regulations on the construction plan, checking and monitoring the implementation of regulations, be responsible for the management and use of safety measure marks, and record the safety dairy in time.
5. Responsible for the routine safety inspection activities , assist the implementation of reward and punishment measures, stop violations, keep the record of general accidents.
6.Provide safety education and guidances to the workers and sub-contractor who enter the construction site.
7. Participate in the investigation, analysis and summary of work-related accidents, and reporting.

5. Chịu trách nhiệm về các hoạt động kiểm tra an toàn thông thường của dự án, và làm tốt công việc kiểm tra hồ sơ, hỗ trợ thực hiện các biện pháp khen thưởng và xử phạt, ngăn chặn vi phạm, xử lý và ghi lại các vụ tai nạn thông thường.
6. Tiến hành đào tạo an toàn đối với nhà thầu phụ tại công trường về công tác đào tạo an toàn sản xuất hàng ngày.
7. Tham gia điều tra, phân tích, xử lý, tổng kết và báo cáo các vụ tai nạn lao động.
