On-Site Quality Assurance

Reports to: East Quality Manager

SUMMARY
The role is based in RB EAST EMOs and reports directly to the Device Quality team in East. It would be primary interface between the EMO, Cross functional team within the RB and EAST Quality. The role would be responsible to recommend and establish quality management systems at the EMOs to continuously meet and deliver product of the highest quality standards and consistently meet our customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Product development:
• System.
• Pilot/Production mold validation
• Samples inspection
• Production trial
• Technical documents
• Quality documents

2. Shipment Release

3. Compliance
• ISO9001, ISO13485, RB Manufacturing Manual
• Support Human Rights compliance per Sedex in Operation level
• Routine process check
• Ongoing stability testing
• Support QMS engineer to countersign the local procedure by EMO and implement.
• Change Control, Deviations & Out of Specification.

4. Complaints, Quality Issues

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 1 year working experience in manufacturing.
2. Experience with quality tools: SPC, Risk Management, Root-Cause Analysis, cross-functional problem solving teams, etc.
3. Ability to deal confidently and effectively with suppliers.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Good communication.
2. Work under pressures.
3. Team player.
4. Proactive, Self-motivated and open-minded.
5. Language Skills
• English - Good read, written and spoken.
• Vietnamese.
• Speaks Chinese Mandarin or Chinese Cantonese would be an advantage.
6. Willing to travel.
